About Carrie

My experience combined with my caring personality make me the perfect caregiver for your loved one. I have experience teaching fitness classes in a retirement community, as well as helping care for my grandmother with dementia in her final years. I have a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences and strongly believe in nourishing our bodies with healthy foods in every stage of life. As a mom of three, I am nurturing, patient, and organized. I am reliable and am more than happy to help run errands, do light housekeeping, prep healthy meals, or just be a frequent visitor with a friendly face.
