About Lisa
I started yoga in 1988 while living in NYC, going to school, working, and living with my boyfriend in a studio apartment. I studied Philosophy and English at Hunter College, and I later went to the FCI in 2011 in NYC. I took care of my four nephews from when they were babies until they were teenagers. I love kids of all ages. I also teach yoga to all ages, from kids to the retired and the elderly population. I love making a difference and helping people of all ages live a healthy balanced lifestyle.
