I retired from a 20 year career as a full time certified public school teacher in 2018 when I moved to New Mexico to care for my 90-year-old parents in their home until they died 2 years ago. My other relevant experience is that I owned a licensed home daycare in the 1980s-'90s before I left and earned my BA in education in 1998. I'm a very good driver with a clean record, a non-smoker or drug user, a very good cook, and a lifetime owner of horses, dogs and cats. I love small children and miss my own grandsons who live in California.
