My first experience with child care started when I was in high school. I had three households where I would watch two children between the ages of 1 and 6. I have watched up to 3 children at once between the ages of 2 and 7 and I found it quite manageable. I often spend time with my best friend's 4 yo daughter, pick her up from school, and have sleepovers! You can count on me to be very attentive. I love spending time with children, planning activities, and fostering their interests. I really can't think of anything more rewarding. I am comfortable watching kids with special needs as long as I have been given very clear expectations and instructions.
