About Carol Stephania

Hi! My name is Carol. I am a dynamic person, capable of teamwork and proactivity in caring, developing assigned tasks; with a great sense of belonging and excellent service. I consider myself a person who adapts to change. I have experience caring for babies and toddlers, both in a childcare setting and with families. I previously worked with toddlers at daycare, and cared for children of different ages. I enjoy helping children learn through play and supporting their daily routines in a caring, attentive environment. I value clear communication with parents and respect each family's preferences and instructions. My native language is Spanish, and I am continuing to improve my English. I'm currently available for hourly childcare, including weekends. I would love to connect and learn more about your family's needs!
