Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. For the past nine years, I've provided in-home care, offering transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, preparing meals, and assisting with medication management and physical activity. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I hold a college degree, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important to me.
