About Carol

I am a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with training in both pediatric and adult care. While my career focused on children, I gained hands on experience with adults through graduate school and medical and rehabilitation rotations. This gave me a strong foundation in cognitive changes, communication needs, swallowing safety, and the emotional challenges that often accompany aging or illness. I bring a calm, warm, and respectful presence. I am attentive, patient, and observant, with a natural ability to notice small changes and respond thoughtfully. I am comfortable providing companionship, helping with daily routines, preparing meals, and assisting with light household tasks. I value dignity, independence, and creating a sense of safety and ease. I am living in the Seattle area for 2026 and have chosen to take a break from my SLP career to focus on working with seniors. My goal is to provide care that feels steady, compassionate, and kind.
