Caroline is the consummate professional -- punctual, respectful of our concerns and requests, and a great communicator. She takes social distancing seriously and arrived at our house on the first day with a mask, even before we thought to ask. She and my older child are constantly engaging in arts/crafts and pretend play -- and have become best buddies! She's also been a bit of a baby whisperer with the younger one. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
