About Caroline

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation in regards to Caroline. For the past three years Mrs. W has provided childcare for my daughter from the age of four months onward; fostering a strong bond of trust and safety in that time span. Having three children of her own and babysitting from the age of thirteen, Mrs. W is adept at meeting the needs of one child or multiple with her extensive experience, and demonstrates remarkable patience paired with her professionalism. From domestic childcare to her five years of experience as a substitute teacher at Rappahannock County Elementary and High Schools, Mrs. W is knowledgable in handling all age groups, at home or in the classroom. I work in healthcare as a hospital phlebotomist. Mrs. W’s attentiveness and kindness towards my daughter gave me peace of mind knowing that my child was in dependable hands while I was working. Her communication is consistent; texted updates and pictures of activities she facilitated for my child meant the world to me throughout the workday. As a parent it can be daunting to be away from our children, but rare individuals such as Mrs. W alleviate that stress.
