About Caroline

I have over seven years of experience caring for and supporting children in homes, schools, and clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support for children with autism and other developmental needs. I also have experience as a special education teacher and working with children from infancy through adolescence. As a caregiver, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn through play. I am patient, dependable, and attentive to each child's unique personality and developmental needs. As a mom myself, I understand the importance of finding someone you can trust. I value open communication, consistency, and building strong relationships with both children and parents while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
