About Bridgette

I started off as a caregiver of 10 years, but with adults not children. All of my clients had developmental or physical disabilities. (Autism, cerebral palsy, Intellectual disabilities) I developed a passion for all individuals with disabilities and have provided my clients with emotional/mental regulation and fulfilling life outside of community based housing. Eventually, I became an RBT to more in depth work with individuals with developmental disabilities and implement early intervention strategies and picked up a stronger affection for being/ working with children. I have experience with challenging behaviors, elopes and non-verbals kiddos and adults ages 3-21. One important detail about me is I can take feedback really well. As an RBT I work under a board certified behavior analysis where I receive instruction and advice on how to better help my client and myself reached our goals . I'm always open-minded and prefer direct and efficient communication.
