About Caroline

Hi! I am a Michigan graduate passionate about education and childcare. I have acted as a nanny, a babysitter, and summer camp counselor over the years since I was 15. I spent the last five summers leading outdoor education trips for teenagers and feel comfortable with all age groups. I'd describe my personality as caring, attentive, fun. I like working with kids because of their imaginations and capacity to learn. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and part time, as I work 40 hours a week as an architect. I started working with kids when I began babysitting for neighbors as a high schooler. In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, run, spend time outside, and hang out with my cat. One thing you should know about me is I am responsible and experienced and understand the importance of good role models in the lives of young people. My skills include creating fun activities, comforting children in stressful situations, and conflict mitigation between kids.
