About Caroline

Caroline has been a superlative nanny to our three daughters for the past year. She is honest, punctual, organized, and a strong communicator. She has good judgment and is patient, kind and, when she needs to be, firm with our kids. Caroline makes sure our kids are always doing something fun and enriching: trips to the playground, library, pool, or zoo; creative arts and crafts projects; playing games and reading books at home; and so much more. Our youngest hasn't started school yet, but Caroline takes her to the playground every morning, where she connects with a group of kids and their nannies. Caroline has also forged strong bonds with our two older daughters, who are very different and who both adore her. We deeply appreciate the time she's taken to get to know each of them and the particular things that make them tick. We trust her entirely and have had her stay overnight with our children. We recommend Caroline wholeheartedly and without reservation. She's the best!!
