About Caroline

I am reliable and passionate child care professional soon relocating to the Bend Area. I have 6 years of experience working with kids ranging from 0-17 years. I love all ages and family arrangements including families with pets, special needs, as well as large numbers of siblings. I have been a nanny for 5 different families, as well as a camp counselor, an after school program director, and a YMCA site director. Engagement through play, healthy boundaries, and verbalized expectations are all key components of my care routine. As a child care professional know that every kid and every family is different and that care should always reflect the needs the child and of the family.
