About Caroline

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. My passion for supporting adults and seniors independence lead me to senior care and healthcare focused work. I am currently working toward my masters degree in speech language pathology with hands on experience supporting adults with dementia, apraxia, aphasia, and hemiparesis. As a college graduate with caregiving and clinical experience, I am patient, compassionate, and detail oriented. I understand the importance of building meaningful connections by learning each individuals preferences, history; and communication needs. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, managing confusion, and incorporating, cognitively, and communication supportive activities into daily care. I am CPR trained and can assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility support. I always follow the families, preferred communication style and prioritize, dignity, comfort, and safety.
