You really want your kids to be around Caroline. She radiates kindness, creativity, and calm. She is very very patient and caring, attentive, and sensitive to children's needs. Caroline was our twins' full-time nanny from the time they were one year old to three, and she continues to be one of their very favorite people, and they love when she comes over for occasional babysitting. We have complete trust that when they are with her, they are safe not just physically but emotionally and that they will be cared for and kept busy, often with an out-of-the-box imaginative or artsy activity. You cannot do better for your kids than to have Caroline spend time with them!
