About Carolina Isabel

I'd describe my personality as reliable in times of necessity (whether it be for parents or children), comforting and filled with warmth, and importantly, very clear. I love being clear to the families about what's going on and keeping them updated, but also with the kids - talking to them (if they can haha) also helps them develop some skills as well. I like working with kids because I love seeing little lives and minds grow. Being able to be a part of their journey into becoming little humans is so precious to me. Overall, having the responsibility to be a part of this, is my main motive for doing this! I originally started by teaching kids how to play soccer! It progressed into teaching theatre - from there, taking care of kiddos beyond that came naturally :) My skills include patience with all ages from infancy to younger kids, ability to quickly adapt to situations and case manage situations, clear communication with parents/families at all times of childcare.
