About Carole

I have been friends with Carole for the past 13 years. We initially worked together at a skilled nursing facility, where our professional relationship quickly grew into a close and trusted friendship. I am a speech-language pathologist, and over the years I have had extensive opportunity to observe Carole’s nursing practice from both a clinical and interdisciplinary perspective. Throughout our time working together, I have seen Carole in a wide range of situations—interacting with patients, supporting family members, and responding to emergencies requiring CPR. In every circumstance, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, advanced nursing knowledge, and sound clinical judgment. She is kind and compassionate, yet unafraid to speak up when needed. Carole is a strong patient advocate who always keeps the best interests of her patients at the forefront of her care. On a deeply personal note, Carole was by my side during my mother’s final days. During that incredibly difficult time, she provided a level of skill, care, and compassion that far exceeded both my professional expectations as a clinician and my family’s expectations as loved ones. Her support during this time was invaluable. I have no doubt that Carole would be a tremendous benefit and asset to any caregiving agency.
