About Jennifer

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, focusing on their well-being and independence. My experiences in adult and senior care have solidified my passion for this work. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with some graduate school, I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and home health services. I'm also skilled in personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and compassion. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I also work with terminally ill patients, lawyers, and medical teams to ensure their wishes are honored, including grief counseling and funeral arrangements.
