Carol is simply the best. She came into our lives as the first nanny that we hired for our 1 year old daughter, and she had big shoes to fill (taking over for Grandma). Carol has a wonderfully calm demeanor and is a natural with children. Her background in early childhood education shows through her ability to connect and give our daughter a sense of routine that guides her day. Carol balances indoor play with time at the park, which has been fundamental in early socialization for our daughter. From the perspective of a working mom, Carol has been 100% reliable (never called in sick, always on time) and has been helpful in a pinch when I'm running late, or if I need extra help around the house. We couldn't ask for a better addition to our family, and we are sad to part ways!"
