Hello! My name is Carmen, and I am 23 years old. I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I have a passion for working with children and truly enjoy helping families. I have a 4-year-old niece whom I care for regularly, and I previously worked at a daycare for one year, where I gained a lot of knowledge and strengths. I pride myself on being responsible and dependable . I always strive to meet each family's unique needs, whether they are looking for someone to help during work hours, need an occasional date night, or simply want an extra set of helping hands. My top childcare strengths are keeping spaces clean and organized, following each family's routines and instructions carefully, and creating a positive, engaging environment where children feel happy, safe, and cared for.
