Ella joined our family when our son was 3.5 yrs old and our daughter was 9 months old. Over the two years she has been with us, she has been very dependable, punctual, and loving to our kids. She has done such an amazing job caring for them and making sure they had fun activities, lots of play opportunities and providing a consistent schedule. She would take them to the library, parks, splash pads, play places, the zoo, etc. In addition to fun and play she also did a great job with helping them navigate big feelings, especially my sons with ADHD. She showed patience and understanding and helped them calm down and verbalize their feelings while keeping an appropriate boundary for them. She is kind and I can tell she loves my children and they love her and consider her family. We have been incredibly grateful for our time with her.
