About Carmen

Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine, sparked by years of positive babysitting experiences. I have 3 years of experience caring for children ages 0-11, with focused experience in early childhood development. My college degree and coursework in Early Child Development have provided me with a solid foundation for fostering children's growth. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and puzzles with children. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and their preferred communication methods. I also have my teaching certification and am CPR and First Aid trained. I am happy to help with light housekeeping and travel. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and love for childcare to your family!
