About mikayla

For nine years, I have dedicated myself to nurturing children's growth and development. My passion lies in making a positive impact on young lives and supporting families by providing reliable care. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development. I am comfortable caring for up to four children across various age groups, from toddlers to teenagers. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. I am also willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I love seeing the world through a child's eyes!
