Hello, my name is Carmen, I've had the privilege of working professionally with children and families for nearly nine years. I hold a degree in Social Work and began my career with DCFS, where I supported families in creating safe, stable environments for their children and assisted mothers through high-risk pregnancies and beyond. Now, as a mom of four and a business owner who works closely with families of all different ages and stages, my passion for nurturing and supporting children has only deepened. I've also provided babysitting for other families over the years, and I truly value the trust and connection that comes with being welcomed into someone's home. I'm known for being proactive, communicative, patient, and dependable. I take pride in going above and beyond to make a meaningful, positive impact on the families I serve.
