About Liliana

Hi! I'm Liliana, and I have 10+ years of hands on childcare experience with children ranging from newborns to early childhood. I began caring for a family with three children, including one on the autism spectrum, which gave me strong experience managing multiple ages, routines, and individualized special needs. I've also worked as a teacher's aide in newborn-toddler classrooms and volunteered in the children's wing at Lutheran General Hospital, supporting kids through play, crafts, and companionship. I completed two years of college pursuing Speech Pathology, which deepened my understanding of child development and communication. Caregiving is something I hold very close to my heart. I spent two years caring for a close family member with brain cancer, which deepened my sense of responsibility, compassion, and attentiveness to others' needs. I genuinely love building connections, creating a fun and safe environment, and being someone both children and parents can trust and rely on.
