Carmen is so sweet! She's watched our 22 month old a few times now, and we've booked her to watch him for more future dates already. Whenever our son spends the day with her I can tell he had a good time because he's happy and content when I get home. Her schedule is flexible and she's a good communicator. Highly recommend :)
