About Carmen

Hi, my name is Carmen . I bring over 16 years of experience working with children from 2 months to 13 years old, including over 10 years in the childcare field. My passion for working with kids began in high school when I took an Introduction to Child Development class, and it's been a driving force in my career ever since. I hold a degree in Business Administration from CTU Online and have taken additional courses at MATC in early childhood education along with health and wellness class. I strongly believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
