About Carmen

I had the privilege of caring for my mother-in-law when she got sick and had dementia. I bathed her and fed her. She's was a gift for me to work on great-patience and kindness!! I also had an elderly friend from my congregation living with me. She had her own room and moved around freely! I cooked for her because she is diabetic. Also, took her to the doctor, pharmacy, and doctors appointments!! Really enjoyed caring for her until she moved. I'm very patient, honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and loving. I feel like we all will get to a point in life that we will need someone to care for us.. in the meantime I'm learning to be that caregiver for someone else. I come from a big Mexican family. I was 2nd to the oldest. I helped my parents care for my younger siblings.. cooked.. cleaned.. made sure they did their homework and ready for bed!! I'm here to help if possible.
