Finding Carmen has been the best possible thing for both our kids and our family. She’s been with us for over 2 years, and she has been instrumental in our lives, especially as she helped us transition from 1 to 2 kids. She’s experienced, reliable, kind, respectful, supportive to us as parents, and most importantly, she treats our kids with the utmost love and care. She is proactive in finding or creating activities for the kids to participate in, and she has helped us navigate different stages with ease. She has become like part of our family, and we trust her completely! We feel so lucky to have found her, and the only reason we are no longer with her is that we are moving! It is so hard to part ways with her, but we hope that she finds another family that loves working with her as much as we do!
