Carmen is amazing!! She was a regular caregiver for our infant baby during the work week and occasionally also cared for our 3 year old for date nights. I fully trust her to take care of my kids to meet their needs as well as provide a nurturing and educational environment. She asked to bring her 1 year old with her to work, and she does a great job of teaching the kids social and developmental skills. She makes sure my babies needs are always met and treats my kids just like her own. We are very lucky to have her as our nanny and the next family will be lucky to have her as well! We intend to keep her for occasional babysitting since we love her so much but no longer need her wonderful care for regular hours.
