My first visit with her today went excellent! Carmella is easy to communicate with, professional, friendly, and responsive to my questions. We also talked on the phone prior to her visit to coordinate and guide to my address location, and for parking. This was my first time experience, and Carmella was very knowledgeable and professional at explaining the possibilities for my care and offered excellent suggestions based on her extensive 15 years background and experience with senior care. She efficiently performed every thing that needed to be done. She made me feel safe and at ease while performing my adl care. She has a caring, friendly personality that put me at ease, and I trusted her suggestions, which were correct based on her 15 years of expertise!
