Let me start with my conclusion ... Carmel is the standard by which all other senior caregivers should me measured! While we were blessed with her presence for only a short time, she was like an Angel who swept into our lives and saved all who needed saving with her loving and caring nature as well as her professional understanding and experience. When Carmel learned of other caregivers just abandoning my mom who was helplessly trying to care for my father (dementia and in hospice), she put aside her personal life to help. Motivated by empathy and compassion, she was there to give strength to my mom, and to give the highest level of care to my dad, in his final days. I could go on and on about her kind and sweet demeanor but suffice to say, you will not be disappointed if you hire Carmel. As I alluded to in the beginning, she is simply the best of the best!
