I have looked after clients in a 6 bed home ( 3 clients per shift ) Also looked after a lady for 1 year 3 months with arthritis who uses catheter and oxygen . For 9 months I looked after lovely couple with Alzheimer's (lady) and her husband until they were transferred to an assisted living facility. I'm now working part time at an agency and I have looked after clients on hospice care , Alzheimer's and also companionship . All these clients required me to prepare their meals , Assist with bed bath/ shower , grooming , assisted with transfer from bed to wheel chair and vice versa , medication reminders , assist in feeding when required and with physical exercise and mind games .
