I have been in Care.com since 2012. We had just moved to Santa Rosa with a brand new baby and have no family to help us out in the care of our 6 months old. We met Carmela and she is wonderful. We still talk often and I always call her first for my baby sitting needs. ( Yes over protective mom and super paranoid dad.) She's helpful, friendly , professional and we can trust her in our home. I highly recommend her for long term employment and short term baby sitting.
