About Raquel

Hi, I'm from Spain, and I moved here to the USA a month ago. I am very loving, patient, and I enjoy working with children. I studied Early Childhood Education in Spain and worked as a teacher for children of different ages. I also taught Spanish classes, so I can teach your children to speak Spanish as well. I'm taking English classes to improve my skills. I like children to have fun and learn through play - everything is learned better through experiences. Six years ago, I traveled to the Dominican Republic as a volunteer to teach at a school in an underprivileged neighborhood in the capital city. I deeply enjoyed the experience and decided to extend my stay. Since then, I have return during my vacations to bring school supplies and support the children and their education.
