Over the past 10 years, I have worked in multiple childcare centers with children from the age of 2 months to 12 years. I received my AA in early childhood education from Southern State Community College in 2013. I graduated from Otterbein University with my BA in Organizational Communications in 2015. I consistently babysat for two families (with children who ranged in age from infant-preschool) for several years while working as an assistant director in a childcare center from 2015 to 2017 when living in Columbus, OH. I nannied three girls in the summer and fall of 2017 in Dayton, OH. 2017 to 2018 I worked as an educational coordinator in the early childhood education field in Shippensburg, PA. In 2018 my husband and I purchased a home in Waynesboro, PA. In 2022 we moved back to Ohio to be closer to family with our young children. Hours flexible! Send me a message if interested.

Carli does great with my daughters who are almost 4 and almost 2! She is is warm, caring, responsible, and strives to provide a stimulating and educational environment when watching our kids! I would strongly recommend Carli! Your kids will love her, and you will not have to worry about your kids one bit while in her care!
