Interviewed her and she indicated she had substantial availability. I hired her and scheduled her to be trained/shadowed Saturday morning and work solo Sunday. On Saturday morning, she texted she was running late, then later texted car trouble. Later that evening, she texted she could not work Sunday either and forgot it was Father's Day. I had no one to caregiver or train morning shifts and had to cancel a trip for the following weekend. I texted her a few days later stating I hoped her car was fixed and she had a nice Father's Day with her father. She never replied.
