I want to let you know that she is very enthusiastic, she is a great person, she likes children and is very patient, and above all I like that she loves to teach and speak to them in another Spanish because it is her first language. She has been with us for almost four years and has taken care of my son since he was infants. My son was be in summer camp/ preschool beginning in July and we’ll miss her tremendously.  I cannot overstate her reliability and punctuality. Carla has 10 years of experience nannying and it’s obvious how much she loves to be with them and what a calming influence she is. We asked to speak only Spanish to our girls and it’s so fun to see them speak with her and understand so much. She immediately sleep trained them, potty trained them, taught them numbers, and alphabet - all of these have made me more confident in sending them to school.  cooks for the girls, keeps the primary areas clean, does laundry. She takes them on excursions and has involved her children who are older playmates and back up sitters for us! She is hoping to find a single family with a baby to take care of (rather than a nanny share).
