Carla was overall amazing and a perfect fit for our son and overall family. She was organized, punctual, attentive, and caring with our almost 3 year old son. Play time's were both learning opportunities and imagination intensive. She also spoke in both Spanish and English which he loved and repeated after she left. If we stayed in the area and weren’t taken elsewhere due to work we would have kept Carla for years to come. She would be a fantastic addition to any family. 

Carla is a loving and responsible caregiver.  She was an essential part of our family for 18 months.  My children love her like family, and she always took the upmost care of them.  I have complete trust that she takes safety seriously and has the best interests of the children first at all times.  She is fun, and especially creative at crafts to do with the kids.  She teaches them manners and language, reads books, speaks Spanish, plays dolls and games, I can’t say enough good things about her- we miss her!

Carla is a professional, attentive, sweet and caring individual who goes above and beyond for your little ones by treating them as her own. I felt really comfortable with having my baby around Carla since day one and she really took the time and effort to make sure my baby was always happy and entertained. My only regret is not being able to keep her forever.

Ms. Carla is a warm, loving, compassionate caregiver.  She took extremely good care of my little ones when I returned to work.  Ms. Carla picked my daughter up from preschool each day and then drive back to our home to watch all three of our children till my husband finished work.  My daughter loves Ms. Carla so much that she pretends to play with her even when she is not here.  Ultimately, I decided to leave my job for personal reasons, and Ms. Carla was so understanding and kind.  I cannot recommend her highly enough.  Any family would be very lucky to have her help.  We will definitely hire her again for date nights, etc.  She's absolutely wonderful!!!

Punctual, responsible, honest, reliable, great with kids. Is certified in all the right areas such as Child Care and first aid. Has more than ten years experience working  with children weather in a classroom setting, daycare, baby sitting orbs imply having fun with them. I trust her with my daughter 200%. I feel good when my child is with her because I know she is being treated as her own :)

Definitely a 5-star rating without a doubt! We have used her to care for our 3.5 year old daughter for the past two years. Our work schedules now require us to have a live-in provider but we continue to use Perdomo C. for backup care. She has a love for children and our daughter adores her. She incorporates fun and educational activities into the schedule. She is very dependable and flexible with our schedule (ex,. late scheduling requests). She is trustworthy and we are never concerned about our daughters safety when in her care. She is extraordinary and any family would be lucky to have her.
