I've worked for the Public School system as an after school program staffer. Some of the children in that program are absolutely incredible and they have special needs such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc... I've been fortunate enough to have worked with those children, gained some insight on their strengths and discomfort and because of that experience, I feel strongly qualified to care for a child with special needs, of course with the help of the parents also because ever child's case is different.
