I have taken care of children in my home from time to time doing home daycare. I've taken care of infants to 5- years- old. Some of these parents had more than one child at a time at this daycare until they entered public school. I have had up to five children at one time. I fed and prepared for them breakfast, lunch and gave snacks. During the day they would have times of learning, outings, play and times of just conversation. When many of them went to school they were reading and was able to sound out letters so that they could read by sounding out words.
