My name is Danielle (Care lists as Carla bc it's my first name.) I have been providing in-home childcare for almost 9 years. I am mature and this is my sole career. I'm seeking a family who needs around 25-30 hours of assistance a week. I live in Carrboro. I'm experienced working with children ages 3 mo to 13 yrs old. I have experience with twins, baby led weaning, cloth diapers, potty training, tutoring. I like organized chaos. Let's play in the dirt, make a mess but when it's time to eat, nap, etc, we're sticking to a schedule. Routine and structure are important for lil ones. Play is a child's love language, whether it's playing peak-a-boo or building a fort, it's the attention, the joy they feel engaging with their caregiver that fosters a sense of security and love.
