Hi! I'm Carla, a recent UCSD graduate with a degree in Marine Biology. I was born in France and have lived in the U. S. for over 10 years. I'm trilingual in French, Spanish, and English, and I've always loved working with kids. I helped raise my two younger siblings, from homework help in French and English to school pickups, sports drop-offs, cooking meals, and keeping them safe while our parents worked. I'm playful, nurturing, and very hands-on; kids usually warm up to me quickly. I'm also pet-friendly (I have a cat!) and happy to help with both cats and dogs. I'm currently volunteering at a research lab at UCSD, so I'm looking for part-time or once in a while work with a flexible schedule.
