Cara is always wonderful with my two children and they LOVE when she is around. It says a lot when my kids constantly ask when they get to see her again. Cara has babysat for us numerous times since my kids were in diapers. I really appreciated her keeping the feeding/nap/etc. schedules and being great with communication. She is respectful, responsible, cleans up after my kids/herself, and is creative with activities.
