About Cara

I am a compassionate, dependable caregiver with extensive hands-on experience supporting seniors and families through illness, aging, and end-of-life care. My caregiving began with my parents--my father lived with Parkinson's disease and dementia, and I later became the primary caregiver for my mother through brain tumor surgery, radiation, and rehabilitation. I have also provided in-home care for seniors in their 90s who wished to remain independent, assisting with meals, medication reminders, safety monitoring, companionship, and daily routines. More recently, I provided overnight care after a fall and continued supporting my client after her transition to assisted living. I am patient, reliable, and attentive, and I focus on building trust while preserving dignity and independence. I care for each client as I would my own loved one and strive to give families peace of mind knowing their loved one is in capable, caring hands.
