Helping vulnerable people live safely and with dignity is work I take seriously. With four years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I bring patience, consistency, and a protective approach to every person I serve - whether they are seniors, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or others who need skilled, compassionate support. My background includes care for older adults as well as hands-on experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, giving me a well-rounded foundation for meeting each person's unique needs. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, skilled at de-escalating difficult situations, and experienced at adapting to changing routines to maintain a calm, stable environment. I earn trust through reliable, empathetic care and clear communication with both clients and their families, with one consistent goal: preserving each person's independence and dignity.
