I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up surrounded by everything from horses and goats to cats and dogs (I lived on a farm for 10 years!). For me, there's nothing better than the companionship of a pet. I bring a very calm, grounded presence to my work, which helps me bond quickly with animals of all temperaments. Maybe it's my background as a therapist and educator, or maybe it's just my nature, but I'm very tuned in to a pet's body language and emotional needs.
