About Candace

Candace is an experienced educator with 18 years of helping children succeed. She holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. Candace has worked as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach in schools across Fort Smith and Houston ISD, and KIPP. For the past eight years, she has supported schools and families as an educational consultant and e-learning specialist and has helped develop curriculum in literacy, STEM, social-emotional learning, and more. She loves working with children and finds joy in watching them grow, discover their strengths, and succeed. Candace believes every child is unique and focuses on understanding each student's background, interests, and challenges to help them thrive. She creates fun, safe, and supportive learning environments where students feel seen, valued, and confident.
