I strive to be a positive role model, always leading by example and providing a safe, engaging environment where kids feel supported and valued. Good communication is incredibly important to me-I believe strong relationships with both children and parents start with open, honest conversations. I'm big on setting up a first meeting to get to know each other, answer any questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident moving forward.
