About Camila

I truly love working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. My experience with children started in Colombia, where I worked as a teacher with kids ages 2-7. Since moving to the U. S., I have continued working in childcare. I cared for 4-month-old twin babies, and currently I work with a 3-month-old baby and occasionally a 1. 5-year-old toddler. My current family also has a 6-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy, and I usually spend most of my time with the youngest. I enjoy creating fun activities, spending time outdoors, preparing snacks, and helping with children's laundry. I would describe myself as patient, loving, respectful, and very dedicated to my work. I also really value open communication with parents so we can work as a team for the children. I have great references from the families I've worked with, and I will complete two years with my current family in September. I would love the opportunity to support another family.
